BeritaJakarta.com In case to realize Indonesia president Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on 1000 towers program, Jakarta government will support the developers to build owned-flat (Rusunami). The governor said that the developers will get incentive planning and plot review. “The government supports the program by also supporting the developer to build flats,” said Fauzi Bowo on Ground Breaking Rusunami Gading Nias Residences program at Kelapagading North Jakarta, Monday (4/2).

According to Bowo, the developer should taking care the environment before build the flat. “The developer will be free from license cost,” added Bowo.

Especially for flat developer at Gading Nias Residences, Bowo stated that support facility should be also developed such as Sunter reservoir, Rorotan reservoir and several drainages.

The flat development at Kelapagading, the developer will build 14 towers by 6,000 units up to 2010. The first phase will be built by 2,500 units. Gading Nias Residences Flat will be offered Rp 88-144 million per unit.
